E3 Spark Plugs: Getting The Brand Out There

We’ve long been fans of the E3 Spark Plug concept, with their patented “Edge-to-Edge” design. It wasn’t that many years ago that a 100,000 mile spark plug was inconceivable. While there are a lot of great reasons to have your spark plugs checked more often, E3 Spark Plugs come with a 5-year or 100,000 mile warranty from the date of purchase, as long as your vehicle is used for personal or family purposes.

Even though many of us are using these spark plugs on race cars, that warranty implies that we can trust trouble-free operation on the track. We have found that E3 Spark Plugs in our towing vehicles still carry the 5-year or 100,000 mile warranty because they are typically personal trucks and often family vehicles.

E3 Spark Plugs has been a major sponsor of grass roots short track racing, and we love to support those companies that help support our sport. We’ve spotted E3 Spark Plug support in Late Model Dirt racing, Modified series, and the entry-level stock car series. If that wasn’t enough, we’ve also caught their banners at Off-Road truck events, drag boat racing, tractor pulling events and even stadium sponsorship of the Indianapolis Colts.

Branching out beyond spark plugs, E3 now offers a full line of ignition products, which includes spark plug wires and coils. Their energy for the industry has led to a great number of contest, often with a fun twist to involve the racing enthusiasts. One of our favorite contests in the past five years involved Instagram photos where the E3 theme was featured. One enthusiast submitted a tattoo of the vintage V8 logo with crossed pistons and a full-sized E3 spark plug.

Another Facebook fanpage post included photos from Junior Nevarez, who had just won his third series championship in the kid kart class at the Dallas Karting Complex back in 2013. According to Junior’s crew chief,  “With the E3 spark plugs, he was able to gain higher rpm’s which translates into faster lap times.” He also added, “Not only does he have three series trophies, but he also holds the best track time record in the Kid Kart Class.”

We love companies that give back to the community and we love good racing stories and photos. E3 Spark Plugs has helped fill that void for us. For more information on E3 Spark Plugs and their line of ignition products, visit them online at e3sparkplugs.com.
