If you are a driver in the dirt world of motorsports, then chances are you have used Speedway Motors at one point or another to buy a hard-to-find part. Well, as a way of saying thank you, the good folks at Speedway Motors are holding a Racer Appreciation day on February 15th.
According to the Speedway Motors Facebook page you are not going to want to miss it:
The 2014 Speedway Motors Racer Appreciation Day and Open House is a chance to show our deep appreciation for all our loyal racing customers. Come visit the Speedway Motors campus in Lincoln and take advantage of special prices, tech support, informational tech session breakouts, warehouse tours, free food and refreshments. This fantastic one-day event is a great way to gear up for the 2014 race season!!
The Racer appreciation day falls during the same weekend as the Racewise chassis seminar that Speedway Motors holds annually. Mark Bush of Racewise teaches racers how to diagnose handling issues on their own and teaches them how to correctly setup a car for a night of racing.
While you are there you can also travel through the Museum of American Speed that is a must see for any fan of American motorsports. For more information on the Racer Appreciation Day, visit the Facebook page of the event by clicking here.
