AFCO And Speedway Motors Powers Jack Dover to ASCS Regional Title

Jack Dover was able to use a string of strong finishes at I-80 Speedway in Greenwood, Nebraska over the weekend to lock up his third Speedway Motors ASCS Midwest points championship.  Dover won the Friday night feature at the Fall Brawl where he started on the outside pole.  At the the start of the feature event he fell back to fourth spot but charged back to the lead on the 2nd lap.

From there Dover ran away for the win and a $2,500 payday as he held off Jason Johnson in second and Brian Brown who came home third.  In Saturday night’s feature Dover finished in the third spot as Jason Johnson won the feature event and Brian Brown finished in the runner-up spot.  He also won Saturday’s King of the Hill match race at I-80 Speedway and nice $500 check.  Jack Dover won his third title by 128 points over Jordan Boston.  Ryan Roberts finished third in points as Stu Snyder finished fourth and Gage Dorr rounded out the top-five.
