Officials with the American Modified Series have announced that they have reached an agreement with Crane Cams which will become the Official Ignition System of the series for the remainder of the 2012 season. This will mark Crane Cams first ever partnership with the American Modified Series. This agreement will bring some great offers to racers as Crane Cams will offer award certificates to competitors at each of the remaining 2012 races. At each race the highest finishing car that uses a Crane Cams Ignition and has the proper decals on their race car will get a $200 certificate and the highest finishing racer using a Crane Cams Distributor with the proper decals will be awarded a $100 certificate. Racers can then use these certificates for any product they choose in the 435 page Crane Cams Master Catalog.
Series official Dewayne Ragland commented, “We are extremely proud to have Crane Cams Ignition partner with the American Modified Series for the 2012 race season. Our growth and success depend on supporters like Crane Cams who have always helped the racer.” Crane Cams has been manufacturing high quality aftermarket parts for racers since the 1950′s out of their Daytona Beach, Florida location.
