Default BWS to bring FWD racing to Asphalt

Ok everybody Beyond Willow Speedway is bring Sport Compact racing to Speedway willow springs. I'm writing the rules so before I get in over my head here what do you guys/gals what to see. Remember that they will be racing on DOT street tires. Also this class will be for FWD and Rear engine cars Only.

Just keep in mind the dollars it takes to race. I really think this could be a Big class if we all work together.

NO BMW's!!! I hear they rule on asphalt. Other than that, keep the rules simple and dont open them up too much. JMO!!

5150...start with getting the base correct.

"front wheel drive, rear engine cars only"

That'd be a trick set-up!!! I knew you asphalt guys were special!!

headers , any non variable cam , any computer , 8" wheels & tires ( please include aspect ratio 235 _ 245 ) this eliminates diferance in measring teqniques and arguments on the tech pad. Adjustable suspension , 10:1 compresion , 2500# min weight , and all the standard safety and idenification stuff thatz all I can think of

Let off in the middle of the turn and my goofy looking Corolla can do it when VAR gets glossy. Been there, done that!

Definitely don't want to use cast metal wheels of any kind. Cast metal has a more crystaline structure that causes brittle failures. Roll formed steel has bending failures. Which would you rather have, something snap on your car or something just bend?
