On Saturday night at the Southern Illinois Center in DuQuoin, Illinois provided the stage for Oklahoma-native Christopher Bell to celebrate an epic birthday. The 23-year-old wheelman charged to the Junior Knepper 55 victory with the United States Auto Club (USAC) Midgets.
The 2017 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Champion piloted the #21 Keith Kunz-Curb-Agajanian Motorsports/Curb Records – TRD/Bullet by Spike/Speedway Toyota. He took the lead from Chad Boat on lap 52 of the 55-lap affair, en route to the win.
Chase Briscoe and Shane Golobic completed the podium finishers.
